Elliott's cover of this Beatles song was on the American Beauty soundtrack and this one track promo CD was put out to promote it. It has a front insert with the basic information about the song (see photo). The back insert just has the information for the CD production/duplication company at the bottom. The CD is gold and has the song title and its duration of 2:20 printed on it.
