Elliott played at Birdland Cabaret in Halifax, Nova Scotia on 10-12-95. This show was part of the Halifax Pop Explosion Festival. I used to have this show listed as a different date due to some unclear information on the internet and I also had another Halifax show listed as happening at this time. However, user @0st_94 on Instagram gave me lots of info and photos about this show. They said that Elliott was scheduled to play an afternoon show on 10-12 (this show was originally scheduled for  the Khyber Arts Center but moved to the Gravitee Club) but Elliott didn't turn up at the show. He only played the evening show at Birdland Cabaret. Below are some photos of the flyer and schedule. Note that the schedule does list his shows as 10-12 so other information online is probably incorrect. The photo of him playing was sent to me by the same IG user but it came from @thelocalhfx and @halifaxmusicarchive on IG but the actual photographer is unknown. A very short review of his set mentions him having a second drummer. I'm not sure if that meant he had two drummers on stage. Or one drummer who was a second person on stage besides himself.
