Elliott played at Birdland in Halifax, Nova Scotia on 10-14-95. This show appears to have been part of the Halifax Pop Explosion Festival. The date is actually a little unclear. Setlist.fm at one point had it listed as 10-14 which I'm using as the date but apparently it's now listed as 10-12 on that site so I'm not sure of the exact date. I actually used to question whether this show even happened since it was such an oddball date/city but it appears to be legit since I found info on another set that he played at the festival (see 10/13/95 entry for more inf0).
