This is the third 7" that Cavity Search released for Heatmiser. This one was limited to 1,000 copies, however it is not numbered anywhere. This one is not in a foldout sleeve but in a regular, full 7" sleeve. It's also the only Heatmiser 7" on black vinyl. Matrix info according to Discogs:
