Heatmiser played at Rockcandy in Portland, OR on 11-1-92. They were opening for The Mekons. Roger Nusic was also on the bill. Or at least that is my best guess about the details of this show. There was a longtime Seattle venue called RKCNDY. However, there was also a short-lived Portland version (the venue that actually became La Luna apparently).  According to one knowledgeable person that I contacted, it seems like the Portland venue was more often written out as Rockcandy (as on the poster below) as opposed to the Seattle one usually being called RKCNDY. Also, knowledgeable  Portland people agreed with me that Heatmiser and also Roger Nusic being the openers makes it likely that this was at the Portland venue, especially Roger who I'm told was unlikely to play outside of the Portland area. Since the Portland Rockcandy was only around during 1992, I'm placing this in that year. The Mekons also played in San Francisco on 11-3-92 so they were in the western US at that time so 1992 makes sense as the year.
