A list of shows from a reliable source states that Elliott played on the Drinking From Puddles show on KBOO in Portland, OR in January 1995. It says that this is the first of three solo appearances on the show.  He definitely played on the show in July 1998 but details about this appearance are sparse or nonexistent it seems. I can't say 100% that this took place but it's likely it did.
