This date is a bit confusing. It appears that Elliott probably played at two shows on this night.
See below for the posters/flyers for the show at S.U.P. (Sailors Union of the Pacific) in Seattle. The artists billed on the show are Bikini Kill, Phranc, Team Dresch, and Mary Lou Lord. A commenter on Instagram stated that Elliott joined Mary Lou Lord's set and played a few songs but they (and I) don't have any more details. The flyer says the show started at 7:30 so likely Mary Lou and Elliott played this show early and then went to their other show in Seattle. The posters/flyers for this first show were taken from the Instagram account "olympiaflyers".
The second show that Mary Lou Lord and Elliiott played that night is a bit confusing too. Setlist.fm lists the show at Crocodile Cafe but there is an ad for Moe's in Seattle (see below) that shows the show taking place there. My assumption is that it took place at Moe's although it's possible it was advertised for Moe's but eventually changed to Crocodile? The Moe's ad was taken from the Instagram account "therocket90s".
