It looks like Heatmiser played at Jimmy Z in Seattle, WA on 4-22-95 (see The Rocket ad below) although there is some conflicting and confusing information. Elliott had been on tour with Mary Lou Lord (and some of those shows were with Guided By Voices also) just before this date. And 4-22-95 was a scheduled GBV/Mary Lou Lord/Elliott show in San Diego according to the tour list below. However, it's possible that Elliott left that tour a few days early to play some pacific northwest Heatmiser shows (see the 4-21-95 entry also for more info). The Guided By Voices database mentions Elliott being scheduled for that San Diego show but apparently not playing at it. See that info here:
