This was the second of two days that Heatmiser recorded the cassette called The Music of Heatmiser that came out later in 1992.
According to the cassette liner notes, the recording took place at Sound Impressions in Milwaukie, Oregon. According to Alphabet Town/Eddie Brock, Buick and Dirt are different versions than what ended up on Dead Air. And Lowlife and Bottle Rocket are the basic tracks that had additional instrumentation added to them for Dead Air.
Photography on this was by JJ Gonson, it was engineered by Bob Stark and mixed by Tony Lash. It was digitally mastered at Super Duper.
