The compilation album titled 25 Years on the Edge: A Benefit For Outside In was released on 8/9/94. The Heatmiser song "Mightier Than You" was included on this compilation along with songs by many other bands. It was released by Tim/Kerr Records and there was a CD and also an advanced cassette. I am taking the release date from the Discogs entry for the CD. Below are some photos from the CD and cassette along with an ad from the Summer 1994 issue of Puncture magazine.
