The Rocket, a bygone bi-weekly music magazine from the Pacific Northwest, had this article about Elliott in 1995. I don't have the actual issue but the copy I have says July 26-August 16, 1995 so that must be the dates of the issue it's from. A lot of the article is about the self-titled album so this could have been posted as a photo in that entry but it's a pretty lengthy article so I decided that it warranted its own page.
