Elliott played at The Basement in Washington DC on 2-25-96. This was part of the tour he was on with The Softies but it looks like they both may have been opening up for Chisel. My very old notes say that the flyer below was given to me by the account @elliottsmithgallery on Instagram. I don't know who designed the flyer.
