Elliott played at Khyber Pass in Philadelphia, PA on 2-28-96. It was in the Upstairs at Nick's part of Khyber Pass (see photo below). This was part of the tour he was on with The Softies. A list of Elliott shows also mentions that a band called Portion played at this one.
